If you buy frequently from the same vendor or sell to the same buyer, you can keep track of every transaction in an unlimited number of dated notes associated with that particular buyer or seller.

Each list entry can an also have an unlimited number of associated phone numbers. If you wanted to, you could list a company along with the phone numbers and extensions of every employee in the company under that one company listing.

You probably won't need every employee's phone number, but the feature is there if you ever need it. On the other hand, it's very handy to have the numbers of the people in your own department handy when you need them.

Add notes, update notes, add more notes to any listing. Dates are added automatically when created or updated, but may be changed manually if necessary. And, of course, there is no limit to the number of notes associated with any name or company entry.

You may also add dated notes to the Calls List, for keeping track of telephone calls with individuals or companies. Only one note per call, but the note can be lengthy and you can add new notes with each subsequent call. When viewing the calls list, the notes in a series of calls can add up to quite an interesting story with detail that you would be hard pressed to remember without these valuable notes. Sometimes, it's a real advantage when you remember things that they don't.

And, of course, every Appoinment Listing has it's own note function for keeping track of important information such as name, favorite color and plan for world peace of the beauty pageant queen you're scheduled to interview, addresses and driving directions to the hotel where your Congress person is waiting for your input for the next important speech, or just the name and room number for your meeting with your daughter's new teacher.
