
To create a new record, press the 'Add Record' button on the 'Home Address'
tab and begin typing.
You can either type in the City or press the button at the right of the input
box to look it up in the Zip Code database. The data for the city you select
will be automatically placed into the City, State and Zip fields.
Do the same for the Company field. The button at the right of the input box
will take you to your Company List to select a company.
You can assign the new record to a Category by pressing the 'Assign Category'
button. Any record can be assigned as many Categories as you choose.
Each name in the Names List can have as many different phone numbers as needed.
In the case of Company Lists, each Company can have unlimited phone numbers including location (e.g., Department Names) and individual names, with telephone extensions.
Name or Company phone numbers can be assigned to the 'Phone Numbers Only List' by pressing the 'To Phones List' button. This allows an easy way to find just the phone number quickly when that is all you need.
The 'Phone Numbers Only List' is accessed by clicking on 'Phone Numbers Only List' button on the ToolBar.

Events can also be scheduled for every so many days, for example,
every 14 days or every 30 days. In addition, Floating Holidays can be scheduled
and will be automatically calculated for the proper date each year.
Each event can be scheduled to pop up any number of days before the event,
so you are reminded in advance of the coming attraction for as many days as
you choose.
You may also enter a note regarding the event to remind you of any particulars
you need to remember, such as directions, or names of individuals, doctors,
clients and other pertinent information.
The figure on the right shows the Pending Dates Update screen. And see
Important Dates List for further instruction.



Use Up/Down arrows to select Year and Month, click on number to select Day. Press 'OK' button to return selected date.
Press 'Today' button to return Today's date.
You can either type in the City or click the button
at the right of the input box to look it up in the Zip Code database.
When the Cities and Zip Codes window opens, you can scroll to the
City or Zip you need or search further through the records using
the 'Find City', 'Find State' or 'Find Zip' search box at
the bottom of the window. To choose between City, State or
Zip sort order, click on one of the tree Tabs at the top
of the List Box.
Click the 'Select' button to select your choice and close
the Cities and Zip Codes window.
Data for the City or Zip Code you select
will be automatically placed into the City, State and Zip
fields in the 'Home Address' detail section.

Use the calls list to keep track of important phone calls. Write a note for each call to track important information.
List calls as answered or unanswered (e.g., when a message is left). Track calls when answered or when call is returned by time and date.
Call list can be sorted by Date, Company, Name, Number, Source and Not Returned.

Each name in the Names List or each company in the Comapany List can have an unlimited number of notes associated with the entry.
To add a note, press the 'Add' button of the Notes tab of the 'Address' detail section. To edit or change a note, highlight the date in the List Box and press the 'Change' button. To delete any note, highlight it and press the 'Delete' button.
Multiple notes are listed by date, last note in the top position. You can change a note's position in the list by manually changing the date. If you edit an existing note, an Updated date is added.
Both Created and Updated dates are added automatically, but can be changed manually..

You may preveiw, zoom in or out. and page through before printing.
To preview or print a report, press the 'Reports'
button on the top Menu. In the dropdown list, highlight the report you want by moving through the four selections using the 'Up' and 'Down' arrow keys or by clicking on the report name with left mouse button.
Reports and Labels are available separately for the 'Name' or 'Company' lists. Reports will include only those entries in the 'Category' currently selected. To print or preview all Names or all Companies, select the 'All' category icon.

If you want your name, or anything other than '(Your Name)' as the word(s) preceding 'List Manager' in the Title of the application, enter it here in the 'Name' text box.
Enter your State in the 'State' text box. This will be the default for the State entry when you add records. Do the same for Country.
Enter your area code in the 'Local Area Code' text box for the default when entering phone numbers.
Enter the number of days preceding an 'Important Date' entry in the 'Days Before Important Date' text box.. This is the number of days before the event that the event will be listed in the 'Pending Dates' pop up reminder window. The default is set at 7 days.
Enter the interval in minutes that you want the reminder window to pop up. The default is set to 60 minutes, or once every hour.
